Konnos Bay area is one of the nicer, if not the nicest, part of the South East of the island. Wild vegetation, dramatic height differences between land and sea and spectacular rock formations make up breathtaking scenery. There, on the side of a hill, we have managed to offer for sale two custom built houses to be constructed in two plots. The separate title deeds for these two plots are already issued.
The advantages are too many to list, however, we will list just a few:
Most of the land in Konnos Bay area is reserved for nature and the current building regulations make it impossible to use for construction. These two plots are part of the few exceptions existing in the area. This has two obvious consequences: (a) Limited supply of land suitable for construction which has positive effects on prices and resale values. (b) The area will not be built up and the impressive natural scenery will be preserved.
The houses will be custom built and, therefore, buyers will be able to choose any design they wish to use. If, on the other hand, they decide to use one of the designs we propose, we could make any changes required so that their house matches their exact requirements.
Each of the two plots to be used already has its own title deed. This means that the title deed of the land, together with its content which will be the house, can immediately be transferred to the name of the buyer. On the contrary, for a house within a project of houses the title deed will be issued years after the completion of the whole project and they will only be issued if there is no violation of the building permit terms and conditions in any of the houses comprising the project. Your title will, therefore, depend on every other buyer within the project.

Sunrise Villas and Bungalows
Our new project of villas and bungalows is located on the seafront of Ayia Thekla and Potamos area. The project consists of properties with two, three and four bedrooms. We are currently in the process of obtaining the planning permit, nevertheless, it is possible to reserve properties from the proposed project layout. The final contracts will be signed when the permits are obtained.

The title deeds have already been issued so they can immediately be transferred to the purchasers. You therefore do not have to worry about why they have not been issued, if and when they will be issued, if you will be able to receive them when they are issued and what are the implications if they will never be issued.
The complex has a communal Swimming Pool
Flats marked with * have been converted into 2 apartments. The price is for both apartments.
The prices include management fees until the end of 2005 (swimming pool cleaning and maintenance, cleaning and maintenance of communal spaces, electricity in communal spaces and upkeep of gardens).
The column denoted as ‘Price’ shows the price for each apartment in its current condition including the existing furniture, electrical appliances and in general everything inside the apartment as shown.
Should the purchaser wish, we can deliver any of the apartments fully or partially refurbished. The full refurbishment of an apartment with one bedroom will cost approximately £9,000 and for an apartment with two bedrooms approximately £14,000-. These refurbishments are summarised as:
New floors, internally and externally (ceramic tiles or laminate parquet).
New bath suit including tiles, sanitary fittings, taps and accessories.
New kitchen units and splash back (varnished beech/Oak veneer or MDF).
New wardrobes (varnished beech/Oak veneer or MDF).
New doors, windows and balcony railings.
Water insulation (for top floor apartments).
Private water tank and boiler.
Fixing damaged walls and ceilings, if required, and painting.
Service of the electrical installation.
Please note that the refurbishment will not include new furniture and electrical appliances. The furniture and fittings provided will be the same present in the apartment as shown before the refurbishment takes place.
